The invention discloses a compaction pile construction method and equipment capable of automatically positioning, forming holes, accurately backfilling and recording. Firstly, compaction pile holes are extruded by the hammering hole guiding rotary extrusion hole forming machine, then the moisture content of soil layers on the inner walls of the pile holes in a plurality of key positions and the depths of the key positions are measured by the moisture measuring instrument, and the measured numerical values are input into a computer system of the full-automatic ramming machine; a computer system formulates a predetermined self-adaptive program which associates the dry density of a soil layer before compaction and the moisture content and depth of the soil layer on the inner wall of a pile hole with filler components, filler amount, tamping frequency and tamping energy, the full-automatic tamping machine is controlled to perform construction operation according to the predetermined program, and all data are recorded in a case. Satellite positioning navigation systems are installed on the hole forming machine and the full-automatic ramming machine, and unmanned full-automatic walking operation can be achieved. The method is also suitable for compaction piles with holes formed in any other modes, no foundation pit pile position blind area exists in construction of the non-hammering hole guiding rotary extrusion hole forming machine, the hole forming quality is best, the speed is high, electricity consumption is low, and the method is the best choice of hole forming equipment.
自动定位成孔精准回填并记录的挤密桩施工方法及设备。先由锤击引孔旋挤成孔机挤出挤密桩桩孔,再用水分测定仪测出若干关键位置桩孔的内壁土层含水率和所处的深度,将测得数值输入全自动夯机计算机系统,由计算机系统制订出一个将挤密前土层干密度以及桩孔内壁土层含水率及所处深度与填料成分、填料量、夯击频率、夯击能相联系的预定自适应程序,操控全自动夯机按此预定程序施工作业,并将全部数据记录在案。成孔机和全自动夯机上均装有卫星定位导航系统,可实现无人驾驶全自动行走作业。此方法也适用于任何其它方式成孔的挤密桩,不过锤击引孔旋挤成孔机施工没有基坑桩位盲区,成孔质量最好,而且速度快,用电量低,是成孔设备的最佳选择。
