Sliding reinforcing structure on temperature post-cast strip beam and reinforcing method
The invention provides a sliding reinforcing structure on a temperature post-cast strip beam. The sliding reinforcing structure aims at improving the stability and safety of a building structure under temperature change. The structure comprises a pre-embedded assembly, a track assembly, a sliding assembly and a fixed assembly. The pre-embedded assembly is composed of a first pre-embedded screw and a second pre-embedded bolt which are pre-embedded in the two sides of the post-cast strip beam respectively. The rail assembly comprises a fixing plate and a sliding rail, and a sliding channel is formed. The sliding assembly is composed of a sliding block, a first sliding wheel and a second sliding wheel and can move along the sliding rail. The fixing assembly comprises a first fixing nut and a second fixing nut which are matched with the embedded screw and the bolt respectively. The invention further provides a reinforcing method of the sliding reinforcing structure on the temperature post-cast strip beams, when the concrete strength reaches 50% of the design strength, the post-cast strip beams on the two sides form a whole through force transmission of the fixing plates and the sliding rails, the beam bodies are allowed to stretch out and draw back freely, and stress concentration caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction is reduced. The method has the advantages of being high in adaptability, stable in structure, convenient to adjust and easy and convenient to construct, a supporting system can be dismantled in advance, and the construction period and cost are saved.
