The splicing and inserting module comprises a plurality of groups of frame bodies which are vertically arranged at equal intervals; a plurality of operation layers are arranged between every two adjacent frame bodies; the operation layer is configured to bear constructors and tools and carry out site construction operation; the top of the splicing module is fixedly provided with a splicing column, and the bottom of the splicing module is provided with a bearing hole used for being matched with the splicing column in a splicing mode. Therefore, detachable assembly is realized through the splicing modules which can be in socket connection up and down; and the field assembly efficiency of the platform is improved. And an additional reinforcing structure is not needed, and the occupied area is small. The invention further provides a living building peripheral wall construction method based on the platform, the construction platform can be quickly assembled on site, and the operation efficiency is high; the construction platform is connected with the living building through the wall connecting assembly, a reinforcing structure does not need to be additionally arranged, and the occupied area is remarkably reduced.
