The lifting structure comprises a lifting frame which is slidably mounted on the mounting frame in the vertical direction and a bracket which is fixedly mounted on the lifting frame and is provided with a placing position for placing a grouting pipe; the positioning mechanism is arranged on the bracket and is used for fixing the grouting pipe at the placing position; the driving mechanism drives the lifting structure to move up and down; the material collecting structure is used for being installed on the grouting pipe and comprises a material collecting box, the material collecting box is provided with a material collecting groove with an upward groove opening, and the material collecting groove is used for being arranged close to a grout outlet of the grouting pipe. And the grouting pipe is fixed to the placement position through the positioning mechanism, and the instability phenomenon of a traditional handheld mode is avoided. The lifting frame drives the grouting pipe to move up and down until the grout outlet of the grouting pipe is aligned with the grouting hole of the fabricated building, operation is more convenient, construction safety is improved, overflowing grout is collected by the material collecting structure, resource waste is reduced, and cost is saved.
