The invention relates to a constructional column finalization concrete pouring device and a pouring method thereof.The constructional column finalization concrete pouring device comprises a pouring cylinder, the pouring cylinder comprises a closed end and an open end away from the closed end, the interior of the pouring cylinder is hollow, and a concrete containing cavity is formed; a discharging port is formed in the bottom, close to the closed end, of the pouring cylinder, the top of the closed end of the pouring cylinder inclines downwards to form a downward pressing face used for pressing concrete downwards to the discharging port, and a feeding port is formed in the top, between the closed end and the open end, of the pouring cylinder. The feed port, the discharge port and the open end are all communicated with the accommodating cavity; and the push head is used for being pushed into the containing cavity through the open end so as to extrude concrete in the containing cavity. According to the concrete pouring device, concrete flows in through the feeding port, the concrete flowing in is compacted through the pushing head, then the concrete is pushed out of the discharging port, a to-be-poured area is poured, and the pouring quality is improved.
