The invention relates to a novel four-connecting-rod structure horizontal-pushing type hidden vehicle door handle device which comprises a base, an actuator assembly, a wiring harness assembly, a balance structure, a driving arm, an actuator rocker arm, a handle body and a driven arm, and the actuator assembly, the wiring harness assembly, the balance structure, the driving arm and the actuator rocker arm are all installed on the base. The actuator rocker arm is arranged above the actuator assembly, the handle body is installed on the driving arm, and the driven arm is connected between the handle body and the balance structure. By the adoption of the novel four-connecting-rod structure horizontal-pushing type hidden vehicle door handle device, when the handle is located at the unfolding position, the push-back force exceeding 500 N can be resisted, the handle cannot retreat, and the function cannot be damaged.
