The invention discloses a composition for anchor sealing of a prestressed concrete prefabricated part. The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement, 50 to 250 parts of fine aggregate, 3 to 25 parts of mineral admixture, 0.1 to 10 parts of polymer, 0.1 to 5.0 parts of modified super activated carbon, 0.1 to 1.0 part of dispersing agent, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of expansion component, 0.1 to 1.0 part of plastic agent, 0 to 1.2 parts of early strength agent, 0.1 to 1.5 parts of retarding component and 0.1 to 0.5 part of defoaming agent, wherein the modified super activated carbon is mainly prepared from petroleum coke, an activating agent and an activating auxiliary agent as raw materials. The invention also provides mortar for anchor sealing of the pre-stressed concrete prefabricated part, which comprises the composition and water, and a preparation method of the mortar. The anchor sealing mortar provided by the invention has the advantages of good interface cohesiveness and matching performance, small dry shrinkage after hardening, high volume stability, good anti-seepage performance, frost resistance, fatigue performance and durability and the like.
