The invention discloses a recycled cement-based composite material added with waste concrete and a preparation method of the recycled cement-based composite material, and relates to the technical field of recycled building material treatment, the recycled cement-based composite material comprises a cement gel system, water, a water reducing agent and aggregate, the cement gel system is composed of 70% by mass of cement and 30% by mass of thermal activation cement powder, wherein the regeneration process of the regenerated cement comprises micro powder preparation, thermal activation, alkali excitation and nano silicon dioxide treatment processes, so that the formation of ettringite and hydrated calcium silicate in the regenerated cement is promoted, and the mechanical property of the material is improved, so that the addition of high-content regenerated cement into the cementing material becomes possible; compared with cement regeneration treatment, crushing treatment and heating treatment in the prior art, the process is simpler and more convenient, and energy consumption is smaller.
本发明公开了一种添加废旧混凝土的再生水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,涉及再生建筑材料处理技术领域,包括水泥凝胶体系、水、减水剂和骨料,所述水泥凝胶体系由70%质量百分比的水泥和30%质量百分比的热活化水泥粉组成,其中再生水泥的再生过程包括微粉制备、热活化、碱激发以及纳米二氧化硅处理过程,促进再生水泥中的钙矾石和水化硅酸钙的形成,提升材料的力学性能,从而使得胶凝材料中添加高含量的再生水泥成为可能,相较于现有技术的水泥再生处理,破碎处理以及加热处理各自集中,工艺更为简便,能源消耗更小。
