Preparation method of red brick recycled aggregate 3D printing concrete material
The invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing concrete, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a red brick recycled aggregate 3D printing concrete material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the red brick recycled fine aggregate into a sodium silicate or potassium silicate solution for standing, then separating out the fine aggregate, and adding the fine aggregate into a Ca < 2 + > solution for standing; and separating out the fine aggregate after completion, mixing the fine aggregate with a sodium stearate saturated solution to form a wet material, standing, adding a sodium ethylene diamine tetracetate solution, uniformly mixing, and drying to obtain the pretreated red brick recycled fine aggregate. And (2) taking the following raw materials: Portland cement, the pretreated red brick recycled fine aggregate, an admixture, chopped fibers, a water reducing agent and a defoaming agent. The 3D printing concrete material is obtained by mixing the raw materials, adding water and uniformly stirring. According to the method, the problems that the red brick recycled aggregate affects the printability of the 3D printing concrete material and causes reduction of the mechanical strength of the concrete structure are effectively solved.
本发明涉及3D打印混凝土技术领域,具体公开一种红砖再生骨料3D打印混凝土材料的制备方法。该方法包括:(1)将红砖再生细骨料加到硅酸钠或硅酸钾溶液中静置,然后分离出所述细骨料将其加到Ca2+溶液中静置。完成后分离出所述细骨料,将其与硬脂酸钠饱和液拌和成湿料后静置,然后加入乙二胺四乙酸钠溶液混匀,干燥处理后得到预处理红砖再生细骨料。(2)取如下原料:硅酸盐水泥、预处理红砖再生细骨料、掺合料、短切纤维、减水剂、消泡剂。将各原料混合后加水搅拌均匀,即得3D打印混凝土材料。本发明的上述方法有效克服了红砖再生骨料影响3D打印混凝土材料可打印性和造成混凝土结构的力学强度下降的问题。
