The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of heat storage materials, in particular to a preparation method of composite calcium-based thermochemical heat storage particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing calcium hydroxide, calcium aluminate cement, a pore-forming template and silicon carbide powder, adding deionized water, stirring into a semi-dry state, obtaining calcium-based thermochemical heat storage particles by an extrusion rolling method, naturally air-drying, and calcining for 10 minutes to obtain the required calcium-based thermochemical heat storage particles. A used calcium-based precursor is calcium oxide, a pore-forming template is doped to improve pore structure doping of the particles, an inert supporting body is doped to improve the cycling stability of the particles, silicon carbide is doped to improve the photo-thermal performance of the particles, and steam is injected in the calcination process to improve the mechanical performance of the calcium-based thermochemical heat storage particles. According to the invention, expensive equipment is not needed, and the preparation method is simple and suitable for large-scale production and application.
本发明涉及储热材料制备技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种复合钙基热化学储热颗粒制备方法。其包括如下步骤:将氢氧化钙、铝酸钙水泥、成孔模板和碳化硅粉末混合均匀后加入去离子水搅拌成半干状态,通过挤出滚圆法得到钙基热化学储热颗粒,自然风干后再煅烧10min即得所需的钙基热化学储热颗粒。所用钙基前驱体为氧化钙,掺杂成孔模板来改善颗粒的孔隙结构掺杂、掺杂惰性支撑体来提升颗粒的循环稳定性、掺杂碳化硅来提升颗粒的光热性能,并在煅烧过程中注入蒸汽来提升钙基热化学储热颗粒的力学性能。本发明不需要用到昂贵的设备且制备方法简单,适合大规模生产应用。
