The preparation method of the hydrated calcium silicate material comprises the following steps: mixing nano silicon dioxide, an isopropanol solution containing nano calcium hydroxide and an ethanol water solution of a high-performance polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent serving as a dispersing agent, and then curing to obtain the hydrated calcium silicate material.
