The invention discloses a production process and equipment for a dry-type composite furnace lining of an intermediate frequency furnace, and relates to the technical field of composite furnace lining production, and the dry-type composite furnace lining comprises the following materials in parts by mass: 45 parts of dense fused corundum; 15 parts of quartz sand; 15 parts of quartz powder; 5 parts of ceramic fiber; 3 parts of silicon carbide superfine powder; 1 part of sodium tripolyphosphate; and 1 part of boric acid. By improving the production process of the dry-type composite furnace lining material of the intermediate frequency furnace and adjusting the component proportion and process parameters, the prepared lining material is not only suitable for overall construction operation, but also suitable for local finishing of a target area. The constructed lining material is high in strength, the construction time can be shortened by 30%-50% compared with the prior art, the finishing efficiency is effectively improved, and the situation that normal production operation of the intermediate frequency furnace and the dry type composite furnace is affected due to overlong-time shutdown overhaul is avoided; by arranging the stirring mechanism, raw materials can be stirred, the stirring effect on the raw materials is improved, and the raw materials can be fully mixed conveniently.
