Preparation method of mullite ceramic based on photocuring molding 3D printing
The invention discloses a preparation method of mullite ceramic based on photocuring molding 3D printing, relates to a preparation method of mullite ceramic, and aims to solve the technical problems of high cost, long production period and low finished product rate of parts with complex structures in the conventional preparation method of mullite ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing silicon dioxide/aluminum oxide mixed powder; 2, preparing light-cured printing slurry by using combined resin of 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, pentaerythritol tetraacrylate ethyoxyl ester and dioctyl phthalate; 3, carrying out 3D printing to obtain a mullite green body; 4, degreasing for two times; and 5, sintering to obtain the mullite ceramic. The printing slurry is good in stability and fluidity, the storage time can reach 10 days, the mullite phase in ceramic obtained through sintering after two times of degreasing can reach 97% or above, and the printing slurry can be used in the field of 3D printing.
一种基于光固化成型3D打印的莫来石陶瓷的制备方法,涉及莫来石陶瓷的制备方法,它是要解决现有的莫来石陶瓷的制备方法的成本高、生产周期长、结构复杂部件的成品率低的技术问题。本方法:一、制备二氧化硅/氧化铝混合粉体;二、利用1,6‑己二醇二丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸乙氧基酯和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯组合树脂配制光固化打印浆料;三、3D打印,得到莫来石生坯;四、两次脱脂;五、烧结,得到莫来石陶瓷。本发明的该打印浆料的稳定性和流动性好,可存放时间长达10天,经过两次脱脂后烧结得到的陶瓷中的莫来石相能达到97%以上,可用于3D打印领域。
