The invention discloses a binder dispersion and a building material containing the same. The binder dispersoid comprises a negatively charged monomer I and a positively charged monomer II; the monomer I is prepared from one or more of acrylic acid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, sodium acrylate, sodium p-styrenesulfonate or methacryloylethyl sulfobetaine; the monomer II comprises one or more of p-amino styrene, methyl-acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate or acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; the molar ratio of the monomer I to the monomer II is (1-100): (1-100). The binder dispersoid provided by the invention can replace traditional building binder cement, greatly reduces carbon emission, can give full play to the strong fluidity and electrostatic interaction of the binder dispersoid during preparation of building materials, can be uniformly anchored in particle gaps of inorganic binding aggregates without external stirring, generates strong adhesive force, and can be used for preparing building materials. And the formed block material shows excellent mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种粘结剂分散体及包含其的建筑材料。所述粘结剂分散体包括带负电的单体I和带正电的单体II;单体I包括丙烯酸、2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸钠、对苯乙烯磺酸钠或甲基丙烯酰乙基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种;单体II包括对氨基苯乙烯、甲基‑丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、甲基丙烯酸二甲胺乙酯或丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或多种;单体I和单体II的摩尔比为1‑100:1‑100。本发明提供的粘结剂分散体可替代传统建筑粘结剂水泥,极大地减少了碳排放,在制备建筑材料时,能充分发挥粘结剂分散体的强流动性和静电相互作用,无需外界搅拌即可均匀锚定在无机粘结骨料的颗粒间隙内,产生较强粘附力,使形成的块材展现出优异的力学性能。
