The invention discloses an auxiliary anode device which comprises an anode shell, a plurality of electric connection points are arranged on the inner wall of the anode shell, the anode shell is used for penetrating through and being coaxially connected with a composite cable, and the electric connection points are used for being connected with power core wires in the composite cable in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The dragging force of the auxiliary anode device on the composite cable can be reduced, and the service life of the system is prolonged; on the premise that the current output requirement is met, the diameter of the composite cable can be reduced, so that the influence of the impact force of water flow on the composite cable is reduced. The invention further discloses an impressed current cathodic protection system.
