The transportation flatcar for transporting and hoisting the steel rails comprises a bottom frame, unpowered bogies are arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of the bottom frame, and hook and buffer devices used for being connected with a rail tractor are installed at the two ends of the bottom frame. Two groups of steel rail hoisting devices are symmetrically arranged on the upper plane of the bottom frame, a steel rail hoisted to the upper plane of the bottom frame is clamped and fixed through a plurality of groups of steel rail clamping devices which are detachably mounted on the upper plane of the bottom frame and are distributed along the length direction of the steel rail, and a steel rail limiting device for carrying out anti-channeling limiting on the steel rail is arranged on the upper plane of the bottom frame. Conditions are provided for hoisting transportation of steel rails and transportation of other cargoes, the position reliability in the steel rail transportation process is guaranteed, the steel rail transportation efficiency is high, the transportation range is wide, steel rails with small sizes can also be transported, and when turnout and other heavy cargoes are transported, the steel rail clamping device needs to be disassembled, so that the transportation cost is reduced. The transport vehicle is simple in structure, novel in design, wide in transport range and safe and reliable in transport process.
