The temporary support is arranged below the upper tray beam connected with the jacking lifting beam; and the cushion block is arranged at the lower part of an oil cylinder of the jacking jack. The structure safety of a summary building in the building jacking process can be guaranteed, and it can be guaranteed that when the building jacking height is larger than the maximum stroke of the jacking jack, the set jacking height can be conveniently and rapidly reached. Materials adopted by the invention are conventional steel plates, steel box concrete, jacking jacks, fixed profile steel and opposite-pull screws.
