The invention provides a self-sensing reinforced concrete shear wall and a manufacturing method. Comprising a copper-plated steel fiber composite material, common concrete and a steel reinforcement cage, the copper-plated steel fiber composite material and the common concrete are poured on the steel reinforcement cage in sequence to form a shear wall, and before the copper-plated steel fiber composite material is poured, a copper mesh electrode is embedded in advance, and part of steel bars needing to penetrate through the copper-plated steel fiber composite material are insulated; and the copper mesh electrode and the copper-plated steel fiber composite material form a complete conductive path. The strength and integrity of the reinforced concrete shear wall can be improved, the stress state of the reinforced concrete shear wall can be monitored in real time, and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate.
本发明提供一种自感知钢筋混凝土剪力墙及做法。包括镀铜钢纤维复合材料、普通混凝土、钢筋笼,所述镀铜钢纤维复合材料和普通混凝土先后浇筑在钢筋笼上形成剪力墙,在浇筑镀铜钢纤维复合材料前提前嵌入铜网电极并绝缘需要穿过镀铜钢纤维复合材料的部分钢筋,使得铜网电极和镀铜钢纤维复合材料形成完整的导电通路。本发明不仅能提高钢筋混凝土剪力墙的强度和剪力墙的整体性,而且能实时监测钢筋混凝土剪力墙的应力状态,且制备方法简单,易于操作。
