The invention relates to the technical field of steel truss girder segment assembly, and discloses an adjustable few-support steel truss girder segment assembly auxiliary device which comprises a concave base, a motor is installed above the concave base, a first threaded rod is fixedly installed at the output end of the motor, and a second threaded rod is fixedly installed at the end, away from the motor, of the first threaded rod. The first threaded rod and the second threaded rod are opposite in threaded direction. According to the device, when the driving mechanism drives the threaded sleeve plate to move upwards, the auxiliary steel truss girder can be driven to move through the rotating assembly, so that a guide sliding block in the second sliding mechanism can slide on a guide sliding groove under the pulling force of the auxiliary steel truss girder, and therefore the guide sliding block enters a moving sliding groove; the two auxiliary steel truss girders and the third steel truss girder are integrated, so that the number of the steel truss girders can be reduced, meanwhile, the steel truss girders can be assembled, and the steel truss girders are convenient to assemble, practical and suitable for being widely popularized and used.
