本发明提出了一种建筑外墙保温挤塑板施工定位系统及方法,涉及挤塑板施工定位领域,两处涂刷辊均为内部中空结构,涂刷辊的外周面上呈环形阵列开设有通孔,解决了现有的需要将整块的保温板切割后再进行相应的定位黏贴,但其在进行定位黏贴时多块分离结构的保温板在黏贴时很容易出现偏差,进而会导致挤塑板的黏贴出现鼓包等影响正常保温效果的情况出现的问题,通过启动安装在导轨后侧的泵机来对于设置在导轨前端面上的吸盘进行抽气,使得在当吸盘抽气产生负压后,可以实现对于导轨的快速定位作业,使得在当挤塑板件在进行安装时,可以通过被限位的导轨来实现精准化的高稳定性的安装作业,该设计相较于传统的人工铺设可以显著的提高装配的精度。
