The invention discloses a monitoring and reinforcing integrated strip for a masonry wall. The strip comprises a copper net electrode, a wire, steel slag, a steel fiber composite material, a steel strand, a steel strand tensioner and an expansion bolt, monitoring areas are arranged at the two ends of the strip and above the crossed position, and a wire is connected to a data acquisition system, so that the damage degree of the wall body can be monitored. The steel slag and steel fiber self-sensing concrete mainly comprises the following raw material components: cement, silica powder, silica fume, silica sand, steel slag and steel fiber. The method is suitable for monitoring the building damage condition of the masonry wall. Compared with the prior art, the strip not only can be used as a sensing element, but also can be used as a structural member, so that secondary damage of the masonry wall can be effectively reinforced and monitored; the construction is convenient, the operation is simple, the popularization is easy, and the application prospect is wide.
