Air cooling tower broadening platform sealing structure
The invention discloses an air cooling tower widening platform sealing structure which is arranged between the outer side of the bottom of a cooling tower drum and the top of a radiator cooling triangle and comprises a main body structure, and a pressing steel plate is laid on the side, close to a cooling tower, of the surface of the main body structure. The inner side end of the profiled steel plate is connected with the side wall of the tower drum of the cooling tower through a first edge sealing plate, a checkered steel plate is laid on the surface where the main body structure is located, the checkered steel plate is arranged at the outer side end of the profiled steel plate, and the checkered steel plate is connected with the profiled steel plate through a second edge sealing plate. The paving mode of combining the profiled steel plates and the checkered steel plates is adopted on the surface, the splicing positions of all the structures are connected through various sealing plates, roof drainage is guaranteed, meanwhile, the sealing performance of the structure is greatly improved, and therefore the cooling efficiency of process equipment and the product capacity of an indirect air cooling system are improved.
本发明公开了一种空冷塔展宽平台封闭结构,置于冷却塔塔筒底部外侧与散热器冷却三角顶部之间,包括主体结构,所述主体结构的表面靠近冷却塔一侧铺设有压形钢板,所述压形钢板的内侧端与冷却塔塔筒侧壁之间通过第一封边板连接,所述主体结构位于的表面铺设有花纹钢板,所述花纹钢板置于压形钢板外侧端,且花纹钢板与压形钢板之间通过第二封边板连接。本发明表面采用压形钢板和花纹钢板组合的铺设方式,且在个结构之间的拼接处采用多种密封板进行连接,在保证屋面排水的同时,大大提高了结构密封性,从而提高工艺设备的冷却效率和间接空冷系统的产品力。
