The invention relates to a door handle opening method and device of a vehicle, computer equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a touch sensing signal sent by an elastic wave sensor, wherein the touch sensing signal is generated under the condition that the elastic wave sensor detects the touch operation of a user; controlling a door handle of the vehicle to be opened based on the touch sensing signal; under the condition that the door handle fails to be opened, whether the number of the received touch sensing signals exceeds a preset first number threshold value or not is judged; and under the condition that the number exceeds the first number threshold value, heating operation is conducted on the door handle according to the preset heating duration, and the door handle is controlled to be opened after heating of the door handle is completed. By adopting the method, the hidden door handle can be opened in a low-temperature environment.
