The method comprises the steps that the real-time temperature of a lifting motor is obtained; if the real-time temperature of the lifting motor is in the first-stage thermal protection interval, the lifting motor is controlled to respond to a short-rise instruction, a short-fall instruction and a window-fall instruction to execute actuation, and the window-rise instruction is shielded; and if the real-time temperature of the lifting motor is in the second-level thermal protection interval, the lifting motor is controlled to respond to the short-rise instruction, shield the short-rise instruction, the window falling instruction and the window rising instruction to execute actions, and the temperature of the second-level thermal protection interval is larger than that of the first-level thermal protection interval. In the first-stage thermal protection interval with the low temperature, short-time rising, short-time falling and window falling operation is allowed to be executed, opening and closing operation of the frameless vehicle door is not affected, in the second-stage thermal protection interval with the high temperature, only the short-time falling instruction is responded, the vehicle door can be smoothly opened, and the short-time rising instruction is not responded after the vehicle door is closed; therefore, the vehicle door can be smoothly opened under the condition that the lifting motor does not act when the vehicle door is opened next time.
