The invention discloses a method for efficiently recovering remaining coal pillars from accumulated water in a frozen room-pillar type residual mining area, which comprises the following steps of: judging the feasibility of re-mining of the remaining coal pillars in a pillar type goaf on the basis of mine production data and exploration data, and freezing the accumulated water in the room-pillar type residual mining area by adopting manual refrigeration; the liquid-phase water is frozen into solid ice to replace a paste filling material, and collapse top plates, gangues and the like in the whole goaf are wrapped in frozen ice to form a whole; the whole residual mining area goaf is filled with frozen ice in a full filling mode, a roadway is excavated and a coal face is arranged in the frozen ice blocks, then a coal cutter cuts coal pillars and the frozen water together, along with advancing of the coal face, the remaining coal pillars are gradually recycled, meanwhile, accumulated water melted after cutting is pumped out, and the coal face is filled with the frozen ice. And the effect of efficiently recycling the left coal pillars is achieved.
本发明公开了一种冻结房柱式残采区积水高效回收遗留煤柱的方法,在矿井生产资料和探查资料的基础上判别柱式采空区遗留煤柱复采的可行性,采用人工制冷冻结房柱式残采区中的积水,使液相的水冻结后成为固态的冰代替膏体充填材料,将整个采空区中的坍落顶板和矸石等包裹进冻结冰体中,形成一个整体;冻结后的冰以全部充填的方式充满整个残采区空区,在冻结的冰块中开掘巷道和布置采煤工作面,之后割煤机将煤柱和冻结以后的水一起截割,随着回采工作面推进,逐渐回收遗留煤柱,同时抽出截割后融化的积水,达到高效回收遗留煤柱的效果。
