According to the single pile perpendicularity control method, pile sinking perpendicularity is controlled through a pile embracing positioning frame, and the pile embracing positioning frame at least comprises a single pile and an auxiliary pile; during pile sinking, when the mud entering depth of the single pile is smaller than the preset depth, the perpendicularity of the single pile is controlled within a preset target; when the mud entering depth of the single pile is larger than the preset depth, the maximum jacking force provided by the pile embracing positioning frame is pushed in the reverse direction opposite to the inclination direction of the single pile till piling is completed or the inclination direction of the single pile is changed; the problem that the pile sinking perpendicularity is difficult to adjust in the existing silt geology is solved, the pile sinking perpendicularity of a single pile in a sea area with poor geology is guaranteed on the premise that pile sinking equipment is not replaced, and the construction cost is saved for a whole project.
