The invention provides a mixed connection troubleshooting method and device for drainage partitions, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a target troubleshooting region, and determining a plurality of drainage control partitions; each drainage management and control subarea comprises a main pipe monitoring point position, a branch pipe monitoring point position and a source monitoring point position of each drainage management and control subarea; obtaining drainage data of a main pipe monitoring point position, drainage data of a branch pipe monitoring point position and drainage data of a source monitoring point position in each drainage control subarea; determining a target drainage management and control subarea from all drainage management and control subareas of the target troubleshooting area based on drainage data of a main pipe monitoring point position in each drainage management and control subarea; the target drainage management and control subarea is a drainage management and control subarea with a mixed connection phenomenon; and on the basis of the drainage data of the branch pipe monitoring points in the target drainage control subarea and the drainage data of the source monitoring points, determining the position of an origin point where the mixed connection phenomenon occurs in the target drainage control subarea.
