The steel fibers are adopted, load transmission can be achieved through the bridging effect of the steel fibers in the compression direction and the tension direction, the steel fibers interact with the polypropylene fibers, and therefore the mechanical property of a product obtained after 3D printing is obviously improved; portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, superfine slag powder, fly ash, steel fibers, polypropylene fibers, a water reducing agent, redispersible rubber powder, cellulose ether, a defoaming agent, an accelerator, an early strength agent and fine aggregate are used as raw materials of the mortar material, and the mechanical property of a printed product can be improved through reasonable proportioning. Experimental results show that after the mortar material provided by the invention is printed, the 28D compressive strength of a product reaches 80MPa, and the breaking strength reaches 20MPa.
本发明提供了一种砂浆材料及其制备方法和应用,属于砂浆材料技术领域。本发明采用钢纤维,其受压、受拉方向上的桥接作用能够实现载荷传递,与聚丙烯纤维相互作用,从而明显提升3D打印后产品的力学性能;以硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、矿渣微粉、粉煤灰、钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维、减水剂、可再分散性胶粉、纤维素醚、消泡剂、速凝剂、早强剂和细骨料为砂浆材料原料,通过合理的配比能够提高打印后产品的力学性能。实验结果表明,本发明提供的砂浆材料打印后产品的28D抗压强度达到80MPa,抗折强度达到20MPa。
