The invention discloses a wear-resistant ceramic, a preparation method thereof and a ceramic valveless pump, inorganic raw materials of the wear-resistant ceramic comprise hafnium oxide, yttrium oxide and zirconium oxide, the total content of hafnium oxide and yttrium oxide in the inorganic raw materials does not exceed 10wt%, and the balance is zirconium oxide. The preparation method of the wear-resistant ceramic comprises the following steps: step 1, taking inorganic raw materials, mixing, and grinding the inorganic raw materials (a centrifugal machine can be adopted for mixing, so that the moisture of the inorganic raw materials can be removed as much as possible); 2, adding a binder into an inorganic raw material, and uniformly mixing to obtain raw material mud; 3, the raw material mud is formed through a mold to obtain a blank (hydraulic extrusion is adopted during mold pressing, and therefore gaps between crystal phases can be reduced with larger force); and 4, firing the blank to obtain a finished product. The prepared wear-resistant ceramic is high in hardness and good in wear resistance.
