The invention relates to an abradable seal coating with a double-ceramic-layer structure and a preparation method thereof, the abradable seal coating comprises a nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate, a bonding layer, a ceramic bottom layer and a ceramic top layer which are sequentially stacked, the ceramic bottom layer comprises YSZ ceramic powder and a pore-forming agent according to the mass ratio of (95-97): (3-5), and the ceramic top layer comprises Ha6Ta2O17 ceramic powder and a pore-forming agent according to the mass ratio of (95-97): (3-5); the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing sprayable powder of the ceramic layer, preparing the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate and the bonding layer, and spraying the ceramic bottom layer on the surface of the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate and the bonding layer by using atmospheric plasma spraying equipment until the thickness is 450-500 microns to obtain the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate, the bonding layer and the ceramic bottom layer. And the ceramic top layer is sprayed on the surface of the nickel-based high-temperature alloy substrate, the bonding layer and the ceramic bottom layer according to the same operation until the thickness is 150-200 microns, and preparation of the YSZ-Ha6Ta2O17 double-ceramic-layer sealing coating is completed. The coating has the advantages that the service temperature is high, the coating is not easy to peel off, the thermal shock resistance is good, and the preparation process is simple.
一种双陶瓷层结构可磨耗封严涂层及其制备方法,包括依次层叠设置的镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑粘结层‑‑‑陶瓷底层‑‑‑陶瓷顶层,按质量比计,陶瓷底层包括YSZ陶瓷粉体:造孔剂=(95~97):(3~5),陶瓷顶层包括Ha6Ta2O17陶瓷粉体:造孔剂=(95~97):(3~5);制备方法为:制备陶瓷层可喷涂粉末,制备镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑粘结层,使用大气等离子喷涂设备将陶瓷底层喷涂在镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑粘结层表面,直至厚度为450‑500μm,得到镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑粘结层‑‑‑陶瓷底层,按上述相同操作将陶瓷顶层喷涂在镍基高温合金基底‑‑‑粘结层‑‑‑陶瓷底层表面,直至厚度为150‑200μm,即完成了YSZ‑Ha6Ta2O17双陶瓷层封严涂层的制备;本发明具有服役温度高、涂层不易剥落、抗热震性能好、制备工艺简单的优点。
