The construction method comprises the steps that a first formwork assembly is hoisted to a first target pier column, the first formwork assembly comprises a first arc formwork and a first connecting formwork which are connected, and the first arc formwork is arranged on the periphery of one side of the first target pier column in a surrounding mode; a second formwork assembly is hoisted to the first target pier column, the second formwork assembly comprises a second arc formwork and a second connecting formwork which are connected, and the second arc formwork is arranged on the periphery of the other side of the first target pier column in a surrounding mode; detachably connecting the end part of the first arc template with the end part of the second arc template; the first connecting formwork and the second connecting formwork are attached; the anti-slurry-leakage integrated straining beam formwork is tightly attached to the first target pier column, and therefore after a straining beam is poured, the phenomena of slurry leakage or voids and pitted surfaces and the like cannot occur at the bottom of the straining beam.
