The debris flow drainage and drag reduction culvert structure based on bionics comprises a culvert body, an inlet and an outlet, scale-shaped drag reduction structures are laid on the inner wall face of the culvert body, and all the inner wall faces of the whole culvert body are paved with the scale-shaped drag reduction structures; the scale-shaped resistance reduction structure is formed by continuously laying and splicing a plurality of scale units, each scale unit is provided with a top, a bottom and a waist, the top is provided with an outwards-convex arc-shaped top side end face, the bottom is provided with an inwards-concave arc-shaped bottom side end face, and the waist is provided with two symmetrically-arranged inwards-concave arc-shaped waist side end faces. Every two adjacent scale units are seamlessly spliced with each other; the bottom and the top of each scale unit are arranged in the flow direction of debris flow, and the end face length of the end face of the outwards-convex arc-shaped top side is larger than that of the end face of the inwards-concave arc-shaped bottom side. The thickness of the bottom of each scale unit is smaller than that of the top, and the thickness from the bottom to the top changes uniformly. Debris flow deposition and blockage can be avoided or reduced.
