The invention discloses a factory building foundation high filling construction method which is suitable for factory building foundation filling engineering with the height larger than 10 m and smaller than 25 m. Comprising the following steps: carrying out a geotechnical standard compaction test on the filler to determine the maximum dry density and the optimal water content; and multiple layers of steps are dug from the digging and filling transition area. And selecting a section of plant foundation in other areas as a test section, flattening and rolling, and recording construction parameter data until the compactness detection result meets the design requirement. Filling and rolling are conducted on the plant foundation position and the excavation and filling transition area part corresponding to each layer from bottom to top layer by layer according to parameters determined by a test section, each layer is not detected, and the surface of the foundation is rolled at least six times through rolling equipment till the compactness of the surface of the foundation meets the design requirement. The layered rolling layer number and the detection frequency are reduced, the dynamic compaction procedure is omitted, the construction cost is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, meanwhile, the construction safety and the foundation quality are guaranteed, and sedimentation and deformation are reduced.
本发明公开了一种厂房地基高填方施工方法,适用于高度大于10米小于25米的厂房地基填方工程。包括以下步骤:对填料进行土工标准击实试验,确定最大干密度和最优含水率。从挖填过渡区挖设多层台阶。在其他区域选取一段厂房地基作为试验段,进行摊平碾压并记录施工参数数据,直至密实度检测结果满足设计要求。自下向上逐层对每层对应的厂房地基位置和挖填过渡区部分,按照试验段确定的参数进行填筑碾压,各层不做检测,地基表面用碾压设备至少分6次碾压,至地基表面密实度满足设计要求。本发明减少了分层碾压层数和检测次数,省去了强夯工序,降低了施工成本,提高了施工效率,节省了工期,同时保证了施工的安全性和地基的质量,减少了沉降和变形。
