A plurality of reset pieces are arranged between the first end plate and the shaft rod; one end of the frame long beam is detachably connected with the second end plate, and a plurality of first assembly holes are formed in the frame long beam; according to the anti-buckling and self-resetting joint, self-resetting of the joint after an earthquake can be completed, and meanwhile, rapid recovery of the structure after the earthquake can be achieved only by replacing the hinge pieces and the anti-buckling energy dissipation pieces.
