The invention discloses an expressway maintenance interval intrusion detection and early warning system. The system comprises a traffic cone barrel and an alarm terminal. A gyroscope detection module and a first communication control module are arranged on the traffic cone barrel; the alarm terminal is provided with a sound-light alarm module and a second communication control module. The gyroscope detection module is used for detecting current attitude data of the traffic cone barrel and sending the current attitude data to the first communication control module; the first communication control module is used for receiving the current attitude data, judging whether the traffic cone barrel is collided or not and judging the collision level based on the current attitude data, and sending a judgment result to the second communication control module; the second communication control module is used for receiving the judgment result, generating corresponding alarm information based on the judgment result and sending the alarm information to the sound-light alarm module; and the acousto-optic alarm module is used for receiving the corresponding alarm information and sending corresponding acousto-optic early warning based on the corresponding alarm information. Whether the intelligent traffic cone barrel is collided or not can be accurately judged, a collision alarm is given out in time, and the safety of highway maintenance personnel is guaranteed.
