Cable laying device
A cable laying device provided by the present invention comprises a supporting mechanism, a distribution mechanism, a laying mechanism and a sand filling mechanism, the distribution mechanism is arranged on the front side of the supporting mechanism, the distribution mechanism comprises a distribution piece and a pressing ball, the pressing ball is arranged on a center shaft of the distribution piece and is located at the bottom of the distribution piece, the distribution piece is used for distributing a sand layer to two sides to form a cable trench, and the laying mechanism is arranged on the supporting mechanism. The pressing ball is used for pressing a groove position for laying a cable in the cable trench; the laying mechanism is arranged in the middle of the supporting mechanism and used for unwinding the cable into the slot position. The sand filling mechanism is arranged on the rear side of the supporting mechanism and used for filling the sand layers distributed to the two sides into the cable trench to cover the cable after the laying mechanism unrolls the cable to the groove position. In the moving process, the distributing piece is used for slitting a sand layer in the cable trench, the pressing ball is used for reserving a laying groove position for cable laying, the cable is laid in the cable trench through the laying mechanism, sand filling operation is automatically completed after the cable is laid, the laying process of the directly-buried cable is reduced, manual sand filling is not needed, and laying efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种电缆铺设装置,包括支撑机构、分拨机构、铺设机构和填砂机构,分拨机构设于支撑机构的前侧,分拨机构包括分拨件以及压球,压球设于分拨件的中轴上并处于分拨件的底部,分拨件用于分拨砂层至两侧形成电缆沟,压球用于在电缆沟内压出铺设电缆的槽位;铺设机构设于支撑机构的中部,用于放卷电缆至槽位内;填砂机构设于支撑机构的后侧,用于在铺设机构放卷电缆至槽位后,将分拨至两侧的砂层填埋至电缆沟以盖住电缆。在移动过程中使分拨件对电缆沟中的砂层进行分切,压球为电缆铺设预留铺设槽位,通过铺设机构将电缆铺设在电缆沟中,在电缆铺设后自动完成填砂操作,减少直埋电缆铺设工序,无需人工手动进行填砂,提高铺设效率。
