The invention discloses a steel rail grinding angle calibration device, system and method. The device comprises an angle sensor, an angle transmitter and a control unit which are connected in sequence. And when the polishing motor executes the deflection action, the numerical value of an output sensing signal of the angle sensor changes, and the numerical value change is converted into a feedback signal through the angle transmitter. The control unit calculates the steel rail grinding feedback angle according to the feedback signal and the mechanical angle of the grinding motor. The technical problems that in an existing calibration mode, many manpower resources are input, a polishing motor needs to be repeatedly deflected, an angle transmitter potentiometer needs to be repeatedly calibrated, operation is complex, and time is consumed can be solved.
