The aluminum oxide wear-resistant layer and the impregnated paper are attached to the high-density fiberboard through hot pressing, lock catch structures are arranged on the four edges of the water-resistant impregnated paper layer compacted solid wood composite floor, the four edges of the water-resistant impregnated paper layer compacted solid wood composite floor are coated with waterproof coatings, and the waterproof coatings sequentially comprise the first waterproof coating and the second waterproof coating from inside to outside.
