The invention discloses a stop block device suitable for an adjustable track foundation and an installation method, and particularly relates to the technical field of engineering construction. Comprising; the device comprises a supporting plate, a bracket, a longitudinal friction stop block, an anchor bolt and a connecting bolt, the supporting plate is fixedly connected to a concrete foundation through anchor bolts. The support is of a combined splicing structure and is combined and connected through connecting bolts, and a mortise type bracket is formed after the support is spliced. The bracket is fixed on the supporting plate through an anchor bolt; the longitudinal friction stop block is of a T-shaped structure; the steel rail is inserted into the upper end internal structure of the support and tightly connected with the longitudinal friction stop block. A series of problems caused by weld joint failure are avoided through a bolt connection structure, the steel rail is prevented from moving through the stop dog device, the stress state of the steel rail is improved, and therefore the purposes of prolonging the service life of the steel rail and guaranteeing efficient and stable operation of loading and unloading equipment are achieved.
本发明一种适用于可调式轨道基础的止挡块装置及安装方法，具体涉及工程建设技术领域；其包括；支撑板、支架、纵向磨擦挡块、锚固螺栓、连接螺栓；支撑板通过锚固螺栓固定连接在混凝土基础上；支架为合拼结构，通过连接螺栓合并连接，拼装后为榫槽型托架；支架通过锚固螺栓固定在支撑板上；纵向磨擦挡块设置为T型结构；钢轨插入支架上端内部结构，与纵向磨擦挡块紧密连接。本发明通过螺栓连接结构，避免焊缝失效带来的一系列问题，利用挡块装置防止钢轨窜动，改善其受力状态，从而达到延长钢轨使用寿命，保证装卸设备高效稳定运行的目的。
