The invention relates to the technical field of polyurethane ceramics, and discloses a corrosion-resistant polyurethane ceramic and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that epoxy bentonite, modified polyurethane, polyurethane, yellow daub and chinastone are added into a stirrer to be stirred and mixed, a mixture is obtained, then the mixture is poured into a ceramic blank, cooling is conducted, and the corrosion-resistant polyurethane ceramic is obtained. Wherein a triazole group and carbamic acid ester obtained under the action of hexamethylene diisocyanate both have better corrosion-resistant effects, and chitosan and polyurethane have better corrosion-resistant effects, so that epoxy groups in epoxy bentonite and hydroxyl groups in modified polyurethane are subjected to ring-opening reaction in a blending process, and the corrosion-resistant effect is better; the bentonite and the polyurethane are closely crosslinked and are uniformly distributed in the polyurethane ceramic, so that the corrosion-resistant effect is further enhanced.
本发明涉及聚氨酯陶瓷技术领域,且公开了一种耐腐蚀聚氨酯陶瓷及其制备方法,本发明通过将环氧膨润土、改性聚氨酯、聚氨酯、黄胶泥、瓷石加入到搅拌器中,搅拌混合,得到混合料,然后将混合料倒入陶瓷胚中,冷却,得到耐腐蚀聚氨酯陶瓷,其中的三氮唑基团和在六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的作用下得到的氨基甲酸酯都具有较好的耐腐蚀效果,而且壳聚糖和聚氨酯本身具有较好的耐腐蚀效果,在加入共混过程中环氧膨润土中的环氧基团会和改性聚氨酯中的羟基发生开环反应,是膨润土和聚氨酯紧密交联,均匀分布在聚氨酯陶瓷中,进一步加强耐腐蚀效果。
