Multi-source solid waste-based mine filling material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multi-source solid waste-based mine filling material and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling. The method comprises the following steps: mixing fly ash, furnace slag, mineral slag, steel slag, desulfurized gypsum, carbide slag, red mud and an exciting agent according to a ratio, grinding and activating to obtain a solid waste-based cementing material; mixing the fly ash, the slag, the construction waste ground regenerated powder and the additive in proportion, grinding and activating to obtain an admixture for the filling material; then, coal gangue, construction waste and tailing sand are subjected to compatibility according to the proportion and then crushed and screened, and aggregates with different particle sizes are obtained; and finally, mixing the solid-waste-based cementing material, the admixture for the filling material, the aggregate, water and the additive according to a certain proportion, and stirring for 2-6 minutes to obtain the multi-source solid-waste-based mine filling material. The mine filling material provided by the invention has the characteristics of easily available raw materials, treatment of waste with waste, low carbon, environmental protection, excellent performance, low cost and the like, and is convenient for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种多源固废基矿井充填材料及其制备方法,具体涉及固废再利用技术领域。所述方法包括先将粉煤灰、炉渣、矿渣、钢渣、脱硫石膏、电石渣、赤泥、激发剂按比例配伍混合后研磨活化,得到固废基胶凝材料;再将粉煤灰、矿渣、建筑垃圾粉磨再生粉、添加剂按比例配伍混合后研磨活化,得到充填材料用掺合料;接着将煤矸石、建筑垃圾、尾矿砂按比例进行配伍后破碎筛分,得到不同粒度尺寸的集料;最后将固废基胶凝材料、充填材料用掺合料、集料、水、外加剂按一定比例混合后搅拌2‑6分钟制备获得多源固废基矿井充填材料。本发明的矿井充填材料具有原料易得、以废治废、低碳环保、性能优异、成本低等特点,便于大规模推广应用。
