The prepared silt soil curing agent based on the red mud is applied to roadbed soil, the curing effect of the roadbed soil can be greatly improved, the strength of the roadbed soil is enhanced, and an effective method is provided for resource utilization of the red mud.
本发明涉及工业固废物利用技术领域，本发明提供一种基于赤泥的粉土固化剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：S1：分别将烘干的改性赤泥、电石渣和脱硫石膏充分研磨并过筛；S2：将步骤S1中经过研磨的赤泥、电石渣和脱硫石膏置于搅拌机内混合搅拌；S3：将步骤S2中制备的混合粉体置于密封袋内常温保存，形成基于赤泥的粉体固化剂。本发明制备的基于赤泥的粉土固化剂应用于路基土中能够极大的改善路基土的固化效果，增强路基土的强度，为赤泥资源化利用提供了一种有效方法。
