The invention discloses a dipping composite liquid for a carbon-carbon composite material and a preparation process thereof, a carbon-carbon fiber blank is soaked in the dipping composite liquid and then is heated under a high-pressure condition to form a dried carbon-carbon fiber blank, and the dried carbon-carbon fiber blank is carbonized at a high temperature to form the carbon-carbon composite material. The dipping composite liquid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyamide acid, 8 to 15 parts of diglycidyl phthalate epoxy resin, 300 to 500 parts of diluent, 40 to 70 parts of silicon carbide, 30 to 50 parts of carbon powder, 3 to 6 parts of polytetramethyl styrene and 0.1 to 0.3 part of aluminate coupling agent. According to the invention, the interlaminar shear strength of the carbon fiber blank is greater than 45 MPa and the compressive strength is greater than 220 MPa by dipping the composite liquid.
