The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas exploitation, in particular to a 103MPa-resistant high-strength fracturing propping agent and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to a preparation method of a 103MPa-resistant high-strength fracturing propping agent, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing oil-based rock debris dry residues with quick lime, and carrying out high-temperature calcination pretreatment to obtain pretreated dry residues; crushing the pretreated dry residues to obtain dry residues; granulating the dry slag to obtain a blank ball; and sintering the blank balls to obtain the 103MPa-resistant high-strength fracturing propping agent. The 103MPa-resistant high-strength fracturing propping agent is also prepared according to the preparation method disclosed by the invention. According to the invention, resource utilization of the oil-based rock debris is realized, waste is turned into wealth, and the strength is higher; the particle size of the 103MPa-resistant high-strength fracturing propping agent is 40-70 meshes, the breakage rate under the closing pressure of 103MPa is smaller than 9%, the acid solubility is smaller than 7%, and the sphericity is larger than 0.9.
