The invention discloses a steel strand stay cable group anchor clamping piece overall jacking device which comprises a working anchor, a working clamping piece, a limiting plate, a transition connecting plate, a clamping piece overall jacking device body, a tensioning jack, a tool anchor and a tool clamping piece. A plurality of taper holes are formed in the working anchor in a penetrating mode, the taper holes are consistent with the steel strands in number and correspond to the steel strands in a one-to-one mode, and the steel strands synchronously penetrate through the corresponding taper holes in the working anchor, then sequentially penetrate through the working clamping piece, the limiting plate, the transition connecting plate, the clamping piece overall jacking device and the tensioning jack and finally are connected with the tool clamping piece through the tool anchor. The jack piston is jacked to drive the jacking head set to jack all the working clamping pieces so that the working clamping pieces can move forwards synchronously and integrally, the problem that in the prior art, the clamping piece anchoring performance is reduced due to the fact that the working clamping pieces cannot advance and retreat jointly is solved, the depth of an inner groove of a limiting plate is increased to 20 mm from conventional 6 mm, and the problem that in a conventional tensioning process, the clamping piece anchoring performance is poor is solved. And the clamping pieces inevitably rub and fall off the epoxy coating of the steel strand.
本发明公开了一种钢绞线斜拉索群锚夹片整体顶压装置,包括工作锚、工作夹片、限位板、过渡连接板、夹片整体顶压装置、张拉千斤顶、工具锚以及工具夹片;工作锚内贯通设置有多个锥孔,其和钢绞线数量一致且一一对应,多根钢绞线同步穿过工作锚上相应的锥孔,再依次穿过工作夹片、限位板、过渡连接板、夹片整体顶压装置、张拉千斤顶,最后通过工具锚连接工具夹片。本发明通过顶压千斤顶活塞带动顶压头组顶压所有工作夹片使其同步整体前移,解决了现有技术中工作夹片不能共同进退,导致夹片锚固性能降低的问题,而且将限位板的内槽深度从常规的6mm加深到了20mm,解决了常规张拉工艺中,夹片不可避免地剐蹭、掉落钢绞线环氧涂层的问题。
