The connecting box is used for being connected with the anchoring part, the supporting rod is hinged into the connecting box, the pin shaft is fixed to the supporting rod, the hinge axis of the supporting rod is parallel to the axis of the pin shaft, the pin shaft is used for installing the bearing cable and allowing the bearing cable to be wound, and a locking part used for locking the deflection angle of the supporting rod is installed in the connecting box.
