The invention discloses a high-speed rail tunnel cleaning vehicle which comprises a flatcar arranged on a rail, the top of the flatcar is provided with a cleaning mechanism, a driving mechanism and a dirt storage mechanism, and the bottom of the flatcar is provided with a dust collection mechanism; the top surface cleaning assembly is used in cooperation with the high-pressure water power cabin, the inner top surface of the tunnel can be cleaned, the side surface cleaning assembly is used in cooperation with the high-pressure water power cabin, the two side surfaces in the tunnel can be cleaned, and the bottom surface cleaning assembly is used in cooperation with the high-pressure water power cabin, so that the inner bottom surface of the tunnel can be cleaned; further, the interior of the tunnel is cleaned in all directions, so that the sight of a driver is guaranteed, and the riding comfort of passengers is improved; through cooperative use of the dust collection mechanism and the dust collection power cabin, dust and dirt collection and cleaning operation can be conducted on a ballast bed, a steel rail, a cable trench and the like, then secondary pollution caused by dirt generated when the cleaning mechanism conducts flushing on the ballast bed, the steel rail, the cable trench and the like is effectively avoided, and therefore the tunnel cleaning effect can be improved.
