The invention discloses a multifunctional ice breaking and snow removing vehicle which comprises a chassis assembly, an auxiliary frame assembly, a power take-off mechanism, a waterway system, an ice breaking device, a rear blowing device, a box body assembly, a covering part assembly, a hydraulic system, an electric appliance system, a lifting device and a chassis air pocket. The road vehicle driving safety is ensured; a snow pushing shovel or a snow brush can be loaded on the front hanging frame of the vehicle to clean accumulated snow on the road surface and guarantee smoothness of the road, the ice breaking device is arranged in the middle to break and remove hard ice and snow, broken ice is discharged through the rear side ice scraping shovel and the auger side discharging function, and the rear blowing device conducts secondary cleaning on the remaining ice and snow. The snow removal efficiency is greatly improved, and the defect that a conventional snow removal vehicle works singly is overcome.
