The invention relates to the field of revetments, and particularly discloses a cavernous body ecological revetment which comprises a base, a ditch mechanism, an upstream part and a downstream part. The ditch mechanism comprises a permeable ditch which is mounted on the base; the upstream part is arranged on the upstream side of the permeable ditch, the upstream part comprises a plurality of filter box assemblies, the filter box assemblies are installed on the base, and the filter box assemblies are distributed in the length direction of the permeable ditch; the filter box assembly comprises a plurality of box bodies which are vertically distributed, and cavities are formed in the box bodies; a plurality of first filtering holes communicated with the cavity are formed in the box body; an insertion hole communicated with the cavity is formed in one end, far away from the base, of the box body; the cavities and the insertion holes are filled with broken stones and garden waste; in the two vertically adjacent box bodies, the upper box body is inserted into the lower inserting hole and makes contact with the lower gravel and the garden waste; the backwater part is arranged on the backwater side of the permeable ditch and has the same structure as the upstream part. The stability of the revetment structure is improved.
