Method for reinforcing ultra-soft foundation through vacuum preloading
The invention provides a method for reinforcing an ultra-soft foundation through vacuum preloading. The method comprises the steps that a horizontal drainage plate penetrates into a soil body in the horizontal direction; the two ends of the horizontal drainage plates on the same layer are connected with horizontal drainage pipes respectively; laying a sealing film on the field surface; the horizontal drainage pipes of all the layers are connected with the vacuum pumps in a staggered and spaced mode; when the sealing degree is qualified, the vacuum pump is started, and initial pressure loading is started; site surface settlement is monitored, and the consolidation degree is calculated; when the consolidation degree reaches a first preset consolidation degree, the staggered connection mode of the horizontal drainage pipe and the vacuum pump is changed, and loading continues to be conducted under the initial pressure till the consolidation degree reaches a second preset consolidation degree; secondary load loading is carried out in the mode the same as that of initial pressure loading; and continuously increasing the vacuum degree to load other stages of loads until the final consolidation degree and settlement standard requirements are met. While the reinforcing effect is guaranteed, the construction period is remarkably shortened, and the engineering cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种真空预压加固超软地基的方法,包括:将水平排水板以水平方向贯入土体;将同一层的水平排水板两端分别与水平排水管连接;在场地表面铺设密封膜;分别将各层的水平排水管与真空泵以交错间隔的方式连接;当密封度合格时,启动真空泵,开始初始压力加载;对场地表面沉降进行监测,并计算固结度;当固结度达到第一预设固结度时,变换水平排水管与真空泵的交错连接方式,在初始压力下继续加载至固结度达到第二预设固结度;采用与初始压力加载相同的方式进行二级荷载加载;继续提升真空度进行其他级数的荷载加载,直至满足最终的固结度和沉降标准要求。本发明在保证加固效果的同时,显著缩短了施工周期并降低了工程成本。
